Website and self-hosted product
Privacy
This notice separates the n8-m8 self-hosted product from the n8-m8 marketing website. The product is designed to run in your environment; the website may use analytics, session replay, and server logs.
Self-hosted product
Unless you separately enable a feature that transmits information to the n8-m8 operator, n8-m8 does not intentionally transmit your workflows, credentials, execution data, logs, personal information, usage telemetry, or operational data to the n8-m8 operator.
Licence privacy is categorical: the self-hosted product sends the n8-m8 operator no deployment inventory, licence telemetry, licence state, or licence-check request. It has no licence activation server, outbound licence audit beacon, or remote kill switch. No product licensing mechanism can automatically tell the operator that a deployment exists or whether it has an active licence.
n8-m8 does not intentionally fetch n8n credential secret payloads. However, workflow metadata, execution logs, payloads, webhook URLs, error messages, credential names, screenshots, support bundles, and configuration files may contain sensitive information depending on your n8n setup.
Website analytics, session replay, and logs
The marketing website may collect ordinary server logs and privacy-preserving analytics or session-replay-style interaction data through services hosted on n8-m8 domains. This may include IP address, user agent, page paths, approximate location derived from network data, referrer, device or browser details, and masked interaction events. Page query strings and URL fragments are excluded from website analytics.
Session replay is sampled rather than recorded for every visit and is configured to mask interaction data. Masking reduces exposure but should not be treated as a guarantee that sensitive information can never be captured.
Website analytics are separate from product licensing. They observe visits to n8-m8.com; they do not receive self-hosted deployment inventory, product use, or licence state.
Do not enter secrets, API keys, credentials, personal information, or confidential customer data into website forms or messages unless you are comfortable sending that information to the n8-m8 operator or its service providers.
Sponsors, payments, and issue reports
If you sponsor, join a membership, submit a GitHub issue, or submit a private vulnerability report, the n8-m8 operator and the relevant platforms may process your name, email, business details, payment records, sponsor tier, report contents, and related metadata.
You are responsible for redacting secrets, tokens, customer data, and confidential information from screenshots, logs, support bundles, and issue reports before sending them.
Community support is handled through GitHub Issues. Do not attempt to contact the project operator directly for support.
Disclosure
The n8-m8 operator may disclose information to service providers used for hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, support, legal or accounting compliance, or security. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for privacy compliance in your n8n and n8-m8 deployment, including lawful collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, access controls, retention, redaction, and breach response.
